The Journey

After graduating in 2021, I immediately enrolled in college, but I could sense that it wasn’t the path I was meant to be on. I remember that feeling, that knot in my stomach, knowing college wasn't where I needed to be at the time. Fast forward to October 2022, I had unenrolled from college, taken a lash course, and was ready to start esthetician school. Eight months later, I graduated, and by October 2023, I was officially a licensed esthetician. Once I received my license, I knew I wanted to build something more. I decided to continue my education and pursue a degree in Business Administration. Here we are today—licensed and almost a degree holder. Though I don’t mention the many hardships, doubts, and obstacles I faced along the way, trust me when I say there were plenty. The moral of the story is this: Never stop believing in yourself and the incredible things you can achieve. Everything in life happens for a reason, even if we can’t see it at the moment.
